Hi I'm Leah. I'm interested mostly in issues regarding women and girls, education, and civic engagement. I believe in local politics and the power of finding and using one's own voice.

(Your "introduction" will be visible on the homepage.) Use this space to provide links or more info: What social justice issues do you care deeply about? Do you work with any organizations or specific communities? What do you do for FUN? Thanks!

How did you hear about Socializing for Justice? Please be specific so we know which websites, listserves or people to thank.

Hi Leah, Welcome to the Boston International Volunteers group! We're excited to have you as part of the trip and it sounds like you have some great travel experience. I work as the Community Liaison at Hostelling International Boston and we're holding a great travel workshop on July 12th about volunteering in Haiti. It will be at our new location on Stuart Street. I hope you can make it!

    Hi Leah -
Welcome to the group. I hope you come out to one of our events soon. I know the deadline for rsvp'ing for tonight's event has passed, but feel free to stop on by. We have more than enough tophats and 'staches to go around. :D
