Introduction

My function is to help others to communicate through live presentation, performance and media. My websites include: http://492cafe.or...; http://bradleyman...; http://freemanz.c... and others.

(Your "introduction" will be visible on the homepage.) Use this space to provide links or more info: What social justice issues do you care deeply about? Do you work with any organizations or specific communities? What do you do for FUN? Thanks!

I began publishing a class magazine in 4th grade, earned and Art degree and eventually became a radio producer before co-founding a small magazine within a social service agency. Work included writing, darkroom and digital photography, writing and head of circulation. In 2000, I created freemanz.com, and published thousands of photos in reports from major demonstrations. (Some also published Utne and Peacework magazines.) As a reporter for WMBR, WZBC and others, I learned that progressive events needed help with sound engineering, especially if they are to be recorded and broadcast. I built a studio, bought pa gear, and began amplifying rallies and lectures. In this capacity, I’ve been honored to serve countless speakers and audiences, both live and through various media. Clients and Talents served include Howard Zinn, Noam, Desmond Tutu, Vijay Prashad, Granny D, Nader, and who knows ...maybe yourself if you’ve asked a question from one of my mics!

How did you hear about Socializing for Justice? Please be specific so we know which websites, listserves or people to thank.
