Hola! Necessity drove me into a career in the corporate world, but I've been peering over the fence into the non-profit world for a while now, wondering how I might parlay my skills into a social justice oriented career.
Specifically, I am looking to get involved in efforts to help end domestic violence. So far I've participated in fundraisers and holiday adopt-a-family programs, but I would really like to learn more about possible career paths.
It was so long ago, I can't remember!
Hi Psopheigh, thanks so much for joining the group. I like your suggestion, I will be adding that as an upcoming meetup. I would like to know more about that process too. Thanks again and I look forward to meeting you!
Hey welcome to the Boston Goth/Industrial group!! So ok, if you're into the harder and faster stuff I definitely recommend you check out Aether next week in Allston - it's an industrial-only night and tends to keep a really good pace. Aside from that, I think you would fit in best at SinOMatic or Ceremony, those tend to be a bit more into the uptempo scene :) Hope to see you out!!
Warm Welcome Psopheigh :) I look forward to meeting you Ally
Hi Psopheigh, Welcome to Backyard organic gardeners...hope you can come to our next meetup end of June...I'll send out a reminder email and meetup will too. I have lots of container gardens but have lots of gardens in my backyard. Happy Gardening, Jean
Sorry you can't make it, Psopheigh. Hope to meet you at the next brunch!
I know I mentioned this earlier but I just wanted to remind you to check out Judith Jordan's work. I think it will really resonate with you if you liked Herman that much :)
I just wanted to let you know that Atlas Soul is playing at Vernissage in Brookline (Washington Square) Thursday April 9 at 8:00 PM. Come on by, connect with us and bring your dancing shoes!
P.S. I hope that you'll dig what we are doing!
Come on Sofie! It's time to get off the couch :) Just kidding... Hope to see you out soon.
