My name is Paul Kuhne and I'm the Community Liaison for Hostelling International Boston. We focus heavily on promoting intercultural awareness through our programs and travel workshops. I'm excited to learn how we can collaborate with SoJust.
I work with Hostelling International Boston and have developed a deep appreciation and interest in travel as a way of fostering meaningful dialogue between cultures. It's something that can be transformative and change the way people interact with one another. I am also deeply committed to sustainability and food insecurity issues. I coordinated a food pantry for several years and still have a great appreciation for improving the state of food in the United States. For fun, I enjoy running, biking and playing tennis in addition to reading, cooking and drawing. I've recently been getting back into seeing more live music which has been AMAZING. I'm excited to connect with everyone!
I head about Socializing for Justice through an e-mail from Jessica Critcher.

Thanks Paul for the warm welcome. I could certainly lead a meetup some time. I'd like first to attend a few to see how these are held and what is the audience like :-) I've been very actively involved with conservation volunteerism since 2008, and will be glad to share my experience, as well as get maybe few people to join me in some of the next projects that I am researching: Kiwi, Kakpo in New Zealand, Orangutans in Borneo or Sumatra, Mammals survey in Brazil and or Madagascar to list a few...

Thanks for the welcome. My school schedule will be starting up in a few weeks so unfortunately I'll be limited to holidays and winter/spring breaks for travel but I'll be happy to get involved in organizing and getting involved locally.
