I am a singer, music director and travel photographer. I care deeply about community building (local and global), music, diversity, equality, and world travel. I believe that everyone and everything is holy, and should be treated as such.

(Your "introduction" will be visible on the homepage.) Use this space to provide links or more info: What social justice issues do you care deeply about? Do you work with any organizations or specific communities? What do you do for FUN? Thanks!

I am the founder and director of Voices of Harmony. The group is part choir, part dialogue-group. We celebrate diversity and promote unity by singing music from cultures around the world and engaging in cross-cultural meaningful dialogue about race, gender, culture, etc. Join us! Meet and sing with your neighbors, and let your voice be heard! I volunteer for the YWCA as a co-facilitator for their Community Dialogues on Boston's ethnic and racial diversity. I self-published a travel photography book of my 6-month trip around Europe.

How did you hear about Socializing for Justice? Please be specific so we know which websites, listserves or people to thank.

Hey Rebecca it was good to meet you at the Video for Social Change skillshare. It was my first one and you did a excellent job as a SoJus Deputy (lol) making me feel welcome. I probably would have sat there in the corner all quite like if not for you it's a great group.

    Hi Rebecc,

I am writing to Christian musicians with hopes that one would know of a worship band that can help my own ministry. each week I prepare a twenty item buffet for 300 hungry people. Homeless, the working poor the elderly are our guests and we do a giant food pantry for families in need.
this Thanksgiving I am organizing a giant production for the homeless and before our bands hit the stage I would much like to open in worship and have our guests led in prayer before dinner service
