Welcome to Leadership the Head, Heart and Soul Way

I see a growing percentage of people seeing themselves as Victims and being unwilling to be the leaders they can be.

The purpose of this workshop and then the following groups is to help develop the next leader class in society. I want this to be untainted by outside conventional structures and to be based on a Marine like code of honor. We'll have each other’s back, we won't leave a wounded member, we do what we say we are going to do and we challenge each other to improve.

You should join if you want to be mentored and be a mentor espousing values similar to above. You should join if you have always wanted this and it never seems to actually manifest. You should join if you have a thin skin and want to develop a thicker one. You should join if you are almost exhausted by the silliness and lack of maturity of so many of our institutions, rules and practices.

I pay the bills and accept donations of any amount to help with the workshop expenses or furthering the research and work giving a version of this free to high school students.

Thanks for helping out. Leadership is not taught in very many schools and they have no budgets to make it happen. My wife and I have found that many children getting close to completing high school haven’t really thought about leadership as part of a future career or business. Many of them quietly dread the notion of being so close to having to take on significant leadership responsibilities.
