First Friday

First Friday is back!

Actually it hasn't gone anywhere, it happens year round. But, the weather is getting warmer, the days are getting longer, and we're starting our monthly First Friday outings again.

We'll meet at the corner of 2nd and Market (side with the church) about 6:45 or so. About 7pm or so we'll start wandering up 2nd street. For those interested in grabbing a drink or bite afterwards, we'll meet back at the same corner about 8:45 If you're coming from Jersey, and don't mind a little walk, the speedline may be your best bet. Street parking can be tight on First Friday, and parking lots are a little pricey. If you do want to drive, street parking (if you can find a spot) is free between Callowhill to Walnut, Front to 5th

Stop in at the 3rd St Gallery on 2nd St. I'll have some of my sculptures on display for our group exhibition. Would love to get some nice photos :)

I will be there but split off early. My wife is coming and we'll want to shop, no doubt. Lol. Running late too. Don't wait for me

SHE will want to shop, not me.

Here's a crazy question: anyone have a camera I could borrow? I lost my charger when I moved to a new place and don't wanna buy a new one b/c I KNOW it's here somewhere--I've been taking pics with (yikes) my PHONE!! But I want something better for first night--I could put in my card and return your camera to you at the end...just a point and shoot will work, unless you have something better and wouldn't mind giving me a little lesson?!!

Thanks Cathy! But I have the kind of battery that is big and goes into the charger...is that what you mean? Scott, I have a Casio point and shoot with a battery that says: Casio, lithium ion , Exilim...does that help? I love taking pics, but I'm not much with the equipment...thanks!!

I'm sorry. I'm all canon. No Xilim.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
