Not sure if you wanted framed or DIY.
When I matted and framed at project Basho we used American Frame .com
They are easy to assemble, and you can out a kit. They are Gallery Fine Art Qualit.

True-vue glass for no reflections and blocks UV more expensive but it you are trying
to do it right,,,this is the stuff.­

No experience with acrylic..
But Bay-Photo would be a good choice.

You could upload to Fine Art America and buy a acrylic print from yourself at cost.
and if you don't like it get your money back... lol
