There are so many fantastic hikes in the Mt Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. Most of which are too far away from Tacoma for a day hike. This camping trip will allow us to do these hikes and explore this area while relaxing by the campfire each evening.
We have a group campsite where we can all pitch our tents, roast marshmallows around the campfire, and have a good time together. We've got the campsite for 3 nights so we'll have lots of time to take in the sites and explore.
I'll be planning a hike for each day we are there however you are welcome to do your own exploring or relax at camp or near the river. I could use a couple volunteers to lead a hike of your choice. Let me know if you are interested.
You can reserve a tent spot for $30 for the 2 nights or $40 for 3 nights and can fill your tent with as many people as you want. Pay Danene for your site when you arrive. There are no spots for campers/trailers however if you'd rather sleep in your vehicle that is fine. All cars will be charged $10 per night with a max of 10 cars which means you will need to carpool.
You are responsible for your own equipment and meals.
