We are a group of friendly people doing weekly 10k (6.2 mile) walks all around the south sound. We walk for fitness, so these are not strolls.  Expect to finish walks within 2 1/2 hours, depending on stops. All walks are American Volkssport Association (AVA) sanctioned. Everyone is welcome to join us. All walks are free, or you can choose to pay for AVA credit stamps. Find out more about the AVA at www.esva.org or www.ava.org.

There are Wednesday morning walks every Wednesday from March until Thanksgiving. You may also see some Thursdays -- late afternoons into evening as days grow longer.  There will be weekend walks with a group walk start time when the Puyallup volkssport club -- Daffodil Valley Volkssport Association is putting on a traditional, staffed event.

Most all walks are dog friendly (with leash and cleanup, of course,) unless it's through a wildlife area.  We'll say in the directions.
