And thanks to paul for organizing the first meetup!

And thanks for letting me talk, I learned quite a few things about being more organized.

As an aside, I didn't get a chance to promote the node.js meetup group

A further aside, don't try to send a message to [address removed] but instead send it to [address removed]. I think the former is meant to be used by the administrators of SW big data.

Just some quick thank you's to Damian and Jake for talking last night - hope your elbow is better Jake - I have now wiped the blood off my laptop. Damian's talk was really inspiring - I will ask him if he can provide the slides later on.

Also a huge thanks to Mark and all the other guys at Nokia who made it possible, cheers for the pizza!

Thanks to you all for coming along and making last nights meetup a really good event and I hope you got something out of it.

As I said, please do put any suggestions forward for speakers. Andy Seabourne suggested lightning talks - I'm up for that if you are!

Tentative next speakers will be around GIS/tileserving and datacenter tech.

See you on Dec 1st!

p.s. I think you can all send to [address removed] if you want to communicate with me and the other people in the group - I've not tried it at this point.
