I can't make the day but there are a couple of interesting datasets on Cloudant:

http://examples.c...­ -> the public lobbyist disclosure dataset from the US senate

http://examples.c...­ -> Creative Commons licensed SimpleGeo "places of interest" dataset, nice if folks want to do some geo spatial processing
