Are you tired of bars, loud night clubs, internet dating, family introductions and blind dates.

South Asians over 40 caters to individuals of South Asian (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Afghanistan, Guyana, Trinidad and East Africa) descent who want to form new friendships.

If you are NOTof South Asian descent we would still like you to join our group if you like the South Asian culture. 

Our members speak various languages: English, French, Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Tamil, Sinhalese, Kannada, Gujarati, Bengali, Marathi, Swahili to name a few.

We will be organizing events based on the interests and needs of the 40+ South Asians. If you are under 40 you can still join. (See age note below)

Our events will include: Dance parties, mix and mingles, bowling, wine tours/tasting, jazz nights, Bollywood and English movie nights, boat cruises, karaoke, professional networking meets, group cooking and speed dating to name a few!

Our group is open to never married, divorced, widowed and separated MEN and WOMEN over the age of 35. (See age note below)

Married persons are encouraged NOT to join this group. (See notes below)

We just started this Meet Up group so don't be discouraged by lack of members. Every new group starts with zero members

Group Notes: 

Persons below 40 years of age can join the group if they are divorced, widowed or separated and are seeking friends over the age of 40

Single never married persons below 40 years of age can join the group if they enjoy events that cater to age of 40 and above.

Married persons can join this group if they clearly indicate they are in a committed relationship and the reason for joining.
