Ride the Zilker Train

Let's ride the Zilker Zypher!  It starts its first run at 10 am so let's meet at the station a little early.

The train runs on the hour (10 am – 6 pm) on weekdays and every 30-40 minutes on the weekends (10 am – 7 pm), weather permitting.  The tickets for the train rides sell quickly, especially on the weekends.  It is cash only according to what I found online.  It is $2 for kids and adults are $3. I also read that kids under 1 are free.

This is the address listed for the train station:

2100 Barton Springs
Austin, TX 78704

It was hard to find each other with all the people at the park! Maybe we need shirts or something for large places?

I am sorry we didn't connect. It was hard to know who was a mom there for the meetup or just a mom out with her kiddo for a Friday.

Lotus has a last minute doc follow up this morning at 11. So sorry we will be missing!! Her antibiotics want her out of the sun anyway for a few more days. So looking forward to meeting you all next time!

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
