Shirataki yam noodles are available locally but only in the Japanese specific markets. I've seen them at both Nijiya markets (one in Mt View) and Mitsuwa off Saratoga Ave in SJ. Never tried them but I've heard they have seaweed in them and they are like tofu noodles in texture. Have fun! Ron
Welcome Sandi to the Palo Alto EFT group! We are glad you are joining us. I look forward to meeting you at the meetup you signed up for. You really will learn a powerful yet simple tool to evaporate uncomfortable feelings in the moment. This could be the best gift you can give yourself. Take care, Randy
I've never been to this meeting place before, so I can't say anything more about the parking. If you are concerned, you might want to get there early to get a good spot.
hi sandi, we've cancelled the picnic after the walk.
