In this day and age, its a good thing to help new startups and a great thing to grab a bargain.
This sweet little stall/shop/twee wine bar is owned and managed by my friend Corrie.
I thought it would be a lovely plan to spend an hour-ish here taking in the delights, soaking up the ambience and enjoying refreshments as well as browsing and buying. Corrie has a licence and is able to serve wine and has a nice selection, but for those not wishing to drink alcohol, she also serves cofee and tea and a good selection of herbal teas.
After this experience, we can go locally for some lunch if people wish.
Here is some more info on Bindlesticks, taken from the website:-
Books, trinkets from afar and not so far, big chunky jumpers, travel related guides, maps and travelogues of explorers who have endured epic journey's and lived to tell the tale; all of which can be enjoyed over a glass of wine from the smallest wine bar in London!
Take a goosy gander at the eclectic collection adorning every surface or just chill with a glass of wine and feel free to read any of the travel magazines or Sunday papers. This is a cosy hub to enjoy in between a bit of shopping with plenty of artefacts and antique bargains coming in on a regular basis.
