Hey guys - sorry I disappeared half-way through the run yesterday but I pulled my calf muscle so headed home early to a nice pack of ice :( Hope to be back out soon though :)

Hi guys, I might be late today. If I am not on time, I will try and catch up. What direction are you going or are you heading to Streatham?

    April 8, 2014

    • Marie-Andrée

Hi Johanna, we'll be jogging the normal route this evening so the joggers experience the routine. See you later : )

      April 8, 2014

    • Jay S

Normal route usually means running up the hill (right) side first :-)

If there are any other newbies - here's a Couch to 5K (running 30 mins) plan from the NHS website-the idea is to do a workout every other day, so 3 times per week - hence the 3 workouts per week on this schedule:

Patrick recommended an organised run at Seaford, I signed up to it! Chickened out of the half marathon and opted for a 5k, it's a start ... If anyone fancies joining me should be fun? The scenery is beautiful, it's a flat route AND most importantly, there is a great pub close by.
