We have been meeting, training and networking for 3 years. We have very experienced and successful real estate investors and entreprenuers from all walks of life. Monthly, we gain brand new investors and well as intermediate real estate investors. Every month we have successful real estate entreprenuer to share either what is working for them now or what you can do to take your real estate investing business to a new level.
We teach about Subject to deals, wholesaling houses, buying and fixing up, retailing houses, lease options, owner financing houses and advantages of buying and holding (landlording) in this market.
We also train on Marketing for buyers and sellers and private money leads. We train on Internet marketing, Social media marketing and Direct mail.
We also introduce you to potential members of your real estate investing team like attorneys, mortgage brokers, insurance agents, painters, contractors, cpa, etc. You get to promote your deals and services to the group.
Last but not least you will get to network with other motivated and excited like-minded real estate entreprenuers to see how you can assist each other in your success.
