Welcome Walkers!!
One of the best forms of exercise is to walk. Even though we know we should do it-we just can't find the time or someone to walk with. How about meeting new people and at the same time getting that exercise we are told we should do! I know I can really use the exercise, but tend to lack the motivation at times.
Brockton has a really nice park called DW Field Park that we can meet at. Their inner circle is 2 miles and adding this other section it becomes 3.7 miles.
Let's meet, talk and walk The whole idea is to not walk alone!
If you join this group you are walking at your own risk/fitness level. Joining constitutes an acknowledgement that the Walker is physically able to undertake the Walk; it is a waiver of any and all claims arising out of the Walk that the Walker might assert against any parties connected with the Walk.
Goal- Walk at least three or more times a week (mostly in the evenings weekdays/mornings on the weekends). I will add dates every week at the beginning of the week after reviewing the weather.
Please only request to join this group if you intend on taking part. I will remove you after a month if you do not show for a walk.
