Tell everyone a little about yourself.

When I left university I worked as a programmer for 2 years before deciding it wasn't for me. I drifted into marketing, did a Diploma in Marketing, and spent a decade or more in product management. I then decided to do an MBA at Bristol Business School and I'm now working on a startup called Cloudtouch.

Are you currently running a tech company or looking to form one? Tell us about that!

Cloudtouch builds apps with Google Apps. Google Apps is nothing to do with Google App Engine but its the name that Google have rather foolishly given to their productivity suite (Mail, Docs, Sites, Calendar, etc). Our apps make great use of those services and can do things such as dynamically create documents, automatically send emails to people, create entries on people's calendars etc etc. Our apps operate as standalone web services (with unique URL) that can be accessed on PC, tablet or phone.

Which tech companies have you been involved with in the past?

Dolphin Telecom, Racal Telecom, Gandalf.

I'm a product manager by background with a big interest in business processes and information sharing. I'm currently working on a concept called Digital Workspaces which brings cloud based collaboration and workflow to organisations.
