English to Spanish word endings

From: Richard S.
Sent on: Thursday, July 12, 2012 6:08 PM

Amigos- Generally speaking, Spanish words that have certain endings have equivalent endings in English. I'll place the English ending first followed by the Spanish ending. -ary-ario, tion-ción, ty-dad, phy-fía, y-ia, y-ía, y-io, ist-ista, ly-mente, ory- orio and ous-oso. Keep practicing but remember, always, to enjoy your journey. nos veamos, ricardo.
