Community Panel and Key Note Speaker
Community Panel Discussion: Juan Molina Crespo, Executive Director of Hispanic Alliance, Inc. will moderate and lead a panel to discuss how families, educators, and other stakeholders can help students become successful productive citizens.
Keynote Speaker: Nationally known community activist Felipe Luciano will speak to community members, educators, parents, and students in reference to building a whole community to educate our youth.
Community Vendor Fair: Area vendors will be present for the duration of the program to distribute information about various resources available to families and educators within the Cleveland Metropolitan School District.
Educators in the following CTAG schools: JFK, Glenville, Rhodes, Collinwood, Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, MLK, John Marshall, John Marshall 9th Grade Academy, Lincoln-West, and East Tech.
Teachers will receive 2.0 Continuing Education Credits (CEU's), and the first 50 educators to register onsite the evening of the program will be compensated according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement for attending this professional development session.
