Receta de Tortilla de la Plancha

La Noche antes de preparar la receta añade 250 mL de harina y 250 mL de agua caliente a la masa fermentada para que tenga suficiente para hacer las tortillas y la masa que quede.

Tortillas de la Plancha
(con masa fermentada)

250 mL masa fermentada
63 mL azucar
1 huevo entero
pizca sal
2 cucharadas aceite
1/2 cucharadita sosa

9 tortillas

Calienta la plancha o sartén a fuego medio. Añada la masa fermentada, el huevo, azucar, y sal a un recipiente de vidrio o acero inoxidable. Muévalo bien. Añada media cucharadita de sosa y muévalo hasta que doblarse por espumar. Mete 125 mL en la plancha y cocina hasta que el borde de burbujas parezca seca. Cocina el reves por el mismo tiempo. Pónlas en platos y sírvelas con sirope caliente y mantequilla o lo que te de el gusto.

The night before preparing the recipe, add a cup of flour and a cup of warm water to the sourdough so that you have sufficient to make the griddlecakes and the sourdough that remain.

Sourdough Griddlecakes

1 cup starter
1/4cup sugar
1 egg
dash salt
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp Baking Soda

Makes approx: 9 cakes

Heat griddle or pan to medium heat. Add starter to glass or stainless steel bowl. Add sugar, eggs, salt, and oil. Mix well. Add 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda and mix until it foams. Drop 1/4 cup of batter on hot griddle. Let cook until bubbles and outside edge look a little dry. Turn and cook on other side an equal length of time. Remove and serve with hot syrup, butter or what ever pleases you.
