Dinner & conversation @ plaza tapatia

This is a weekly meetup for dinner and conversation in Spanish. All levels welcome; however, generally we try to maintain the conversation in Spanish. This week, we are going to be at La Plaza Tapatia. This is a very authentic Mexican Restaurant. There is also a supermarket and panaderia attached.

The restaurant offers a buffet dinner for $9.25. This does not include drinks or alcohol. If you do not want the buffet, you can order from the regular menu.

There is ample parking.

Please RSVP if you are attending. The current reservation is for 12 people, but if more are coming, I would like to let the restaurant know in advance.

Plaza Tapatia is located off of Georgesville Road and Broad Street. (The entrance is on Georgesville Rd.) This entrance is directly across the street from the casino. As far as landmarks: There is an out of service dollar movie theater around the area that you want to turn into the parking lot (off of Georgesville Rd). SEE MAP in link attached ABOVE next to location listing.

*Warning "Georgesville Road" is called "Phillipi Rd" on the other side of Broad Street.

Also, if anyone is interested in going to the casino after dinner, we can make plans for that over dinner.

I learned that competitive eating is considered a sport (by some people).
