Why are you planning the Costa Rica trip for summer? That is the
rainy season there when they have torrential downpours and there are a lot more
mosquitos around. (Some of those mosquitos carry malaria.) The best
time to go is during our winter when the weather in Costa Rica is sunny
and dry. I went in January 2006 and the weather was beautiful, sunny, and
very comfortable and I escaped the icy, cold winter here.

I am having an informational meetup this Tuesday at Las Margaritas for
people who are interested in the Costa Rica Trip for summer 2012.

contributions will enter you into the Raffle of a level 3 Rosetta Stone
Language Program as follows:
$5.00 donation = 1 raffle
$10.00 donation = 2 raffle
$15.00 donation = 3 raffle tickets
$20.00 donation = 4 raffle tickets
Please pay your membership dues
online. (You must be logged onto the site in order to do so). This will
automatically track anyone who has paid. If you are absolutely not able to pay
online, you may make arrangements with me (Jenny) directly to pay membership
