Learning a new language is not just learning new grammar and vocabulary, it is a full cultural experience. Let's visit together the Metropolitan Museum of art to become more familiar with pre-columbian art!. Visit will be guided in spanish by art expert and cuban native Lisset Martinez.

CONTENTS OF THE VISIT:
This is Part II of the visit we started last month. This time, visit will focus on pre-columbian art works.

Part II
The Met Museum collection of Pre-columbian Art includes important pieces for the artistic history of pre-hispanic culture. In our visit we will be able to admire fabulous mayan, olmec, incan and other pre-columbian art part of the fantastic collection of the museum. This will complete the knowledge we gathered in our first visit in October, adding pieces of art from the New World.

COST: 15$ (includes museum entrance at group price and tour) per person, sorry NO EXCEPTIONS. You pay me this before the start, and I will purchase a group permit and buttons (entrance) for each one of us.

WHERE TO MEET: We will meet just inside the entrance hall, at the right of the information desk at 12:00 pm. Guided visit starts at 12.20 pm and lasts for 90 minutes

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY MUSEUM ENTRANCE. Individual tickets do not apply to join our group. The museum has a fixed fee per person for groups and we need to obtain a group permission to enter. If you get an individual "button" to enter because you are a member or whatever discount you have, you can not join us, unless you pay me in full 15$. NO EXCEPTIONS. IF YOU ARE LATE find us inside and pay 15$ to join the group, later you can claim the museum for a refund for your individual entrance

AFTER THE TOUR we will go to rooftop for a conversation meeting. If closed or it rains, we meet at the lower level coffee shop. You can also directly join us there around 2.20 pm.
