Hola amig@s!

Join our Culture, Grammar & Conversation Workshops to improve your speaking and listening skills in Spanish in a fun and natural way. During the workshops an experienced instructor will help you develop the vocabulary and grammar structures necessary to be able to converse on various subjects of interest. We have two levels:

UPPER BEGINNERS & LOWER INTERMEDIATE

The workshops are very interactive, fun and stimulating. They are conducted by an experienced Spanish instructor who will correct mistakes, explain grammar and usage -whenever necessary- and highlight essential vocabulary for effective communication in Spanish.

COST: Just $15 per person, includes: workshop, printouts (if needed), pencil, fun!

IMPORTANT: Clicking "YES" without payment does not reserve a spot - ONLY ADVANCE PAYMENT DOES - This goes for ALL our events

DETAILS
Only up to 10 participants per group. We'll have two groups running at the same time.

Duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes per workshop

Jorge Gallegos and Carlos Parra-Pirela from Easy Espanol (www.easyespanol.org) will be your teachers. Jorge is a skilled Spanish language instructor with over twelve years of experience teaching Spanish as a second language. Professor Parra-Pirela holds a Ph.D. in History and has taught Spanish at various prestigious institutions such as Harvard University and George Washington University.

We have a new space. Come at around 6:10pm to hand out and chat with other participants. We'll use the first fifteen minutes as an ice breaker. Everybody will be together socializing and at 6:30pm the groups will go to their respective classrooms.

Please be aware that late tolerance is 15 minutes (you can't join a workshop if you are over 15 minutes late after 6:30pm).

ABOUT RSVP: Keep in mind that for all our paid events, RSVP does not guarantee a spot, only advance payment does

The meetup was great. We had a nice turnout and the topic was interesting. We discussed the type of music called the Villaneto. We learned to ways of saying "I would give anything for _______." We learned good URL addresses for finding synonyms and real world contexts for words and phrases.
