Hola, que tal?
This meetup is oriented to people with a basic/elementary level of Spanish.
I will guide you in the conversation. I will propose a couple of very controlled activities and lots of support to help you develop your fluency and vocabulary in Spanish.
Topic: Revision on different topic: shopping, meeting people, food.
Vocabulary lists and explanations of grammar will be provided if required.
Sessions take place in the breakout area on the first floor. I will meet you in the hall at 7.25. (please call if you are late[masked])
More than 7 people: £5.
Number of posts: 12
SOME IMPORTANT REQUESTS:
-Please, people appreciate others being on time. Make sure you know your way. Follow directions or you can click "Map" in our "Place" section and check in a map or go to "Get Directions".
In any case give me a call if you are late, so I can open the door for you: [masked],
-Very important to please, RSVP when you are coming asap, so I can book the most suitable room for us, and also, more people will join in. If you think you won't be able to make it, change your state a considerable time before the session, so other people in the waiting list can take your place.
Before the session: We understand facing a conversation session for an hour non-stop can be challenging, especially for elementary speakers or if it is your first time. You can prepare yourself by having some general social interaction questions prepared to ask other people as well as how to answer them yourselves.
In the session: We recommend you to bring some paper and pen to write notes on vocabulary or small grammar clarifications to study during the week. Try to incorporate the new words in your speaking the next time you come to our meetup.
After the session: it would be lovely if you could let us know your thoughts or make a review.
-(Please, check the timetable of the meetings regularly and your e-mails as this can change. Also, there won't be meetup sessions during school holidays)
