Andy, Michael and the folks at Blimp City have been friends of the Spin-offs and the Akron cycling community for the past three years. During this holiday season, it seems like a good idea to give something back to them. Here is your chance to do just that. Join your fellow Spin-offs at a cash mob at Blimp City on Saturday December 1 at 10:30 AM.

What is a Cash Mob? A cash mob is an event where a group of people goes into small, local businesses, spends their money as a group, and gives the business owner a little bit of economic stimulus. In other words, we help Blimp City grow; make people happy; buy our holiday cycling gifts; get ourselves some new gear; and have a great time.

We gave Blimp City a heads-up to make sure they are prepared for a large group on Saturday morning. Andy is excited to have our Spin-offs mob show up on December 1. As a bonus, Andy is extending his Black Friday sale to our group on the 1st. This is an amazing sale. All 2012 bikes will be discounted 30% for Spin-offs and their friends. Remember that as a Spin-off, you always receive 10% off accessories. If you are planning to buy a bike, this is the time to make the purchase!

After our mobbing at Blimp City, we will walk next door to Vasili’s Greek Cuisine for lunch. The gyros are fantastic and their prices are reasonable for super good Greek food. Join us a Blimp City and Vasili’s to celebrate the season with your fellow Spin-offs.
