*Demonstration of Zen Shiatsu techniques (interactive)

Zen Shiatsu combines acupressure, stretching, massage, traditional Chinese medicine…to stimulate positive energy…to release negative blockages…to harmonize.

Benefits: especially good for long term and chronic problems such as: lower back pain, stress, arthritis, insomnia, headaches, menstrual problems, depression/emotional imbalances, tiredness.
