Come join us in this weekly meditation circle at Symmetry. During this hour we'll practice different breathing techniques and explore guided imagery for finding deeper
purpose. We will also go over what is known as the Unity Breath, which is essentially another form of centering shown to the world by Sri Yukteswar and many
indigenous tribes all over the world. The Unity Breath is quite powerful in healing out of balance energies. These techniques are tools to bring you further into your
heart, eliminate stress and find your center. Come relax and unwind with us!
