In this series, you will learn the core principles of Mindfulness with guided practices of meditation and movement in order to accept the full spectrum of your life in the present moment. You will be given tools to breathe, relax, feel, watch and allow your life to un-fold. These classes will empower you to increase your vitality and extend compassion to-wards others. Open to beginning and advanced meditators.


Week 1: Mindfulness in Stillness and Motion  - July 17th
Learn the foundations of mindfulness without judgment and be present to what IS.
Week 2: Arrive. Be Here. Now. - July 24th
Explore sensations, thoughts and feelings with the intention to land in the present moment.
Week 3: What is Alive in You? - July 31st
Apply mindfulness to tolerate intensity in order to access your Life Force
Week 4: Acceptance and Vulnerability - August 7th
Experience and harness emotional vulnerability to awaken vitality and compassion
