A Guided Meditation - A FREE Event

This FREE meditation is not religion centered, but God centered and a non-denominational experience that acknowledges there is a creator, a divine energy, and a creative force that loves us.

Here's the outline of what we do. We sit in my living room, get comfortable, have a brief introduction, slowly relax and then through a guided meditation, we disappear from the world for the next 45 minutes. We're not physically disappearing, but we're exiting the form world and entering the REAL world. For each meditator, the process is a unique experience, but in general it's pretty interesting to enter a world of safety, spirituality and sheer divinity. It's the perfect way to start your week. This is a guided meditation, so I am speaking throughout, along with periods of silence.
A spiritual journey is an easier process when surrounded by like-minded people in a warm, safe and relaxing environment. That's what we create at our meditations, the ability to go further, to take the journey with others. There's no practice or spiritual "level" one needs to be at. No experience in meditation is required. This is the "easiest" kind of meditation there is, because it’s guided, and we're all equal as long as we're willing. There's nothing to do but relax and be open.
We meet in my cozy home in Santa Monica. It's very supportive, warm and intimate and the people are especially nice. When you RSVP I will send you the address.
Again, there is no cost.

I am sorry for this short notice, but I can't make it tonight - injured my ankle and is quite swollen…I am looking forward to the next one

Sorry I can't make it after all. I worked yesterday for the Living Spirit creating backpacks for the homeless filled with everything they could use (lots of food, soap, toothpaste and brushes, suntan lotion, towel and wash cloth, baseball hat, shaving stuff, toilet paper, socks, and various drinks). It was amazing but I am so sore today. It's been a long time since i stood for hours and carried things around. I'm taking today off. :-)

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
