How to Heal Deep Wounds

We’ve all been through pain because this world is full of it. Nature can be cruel, accidents happen and many of our relationships have come to disappoint us. When we’re born, we absorb everything from our parents, especially our mothers. We don’t even recognize the world at birth, our mother is our universe, supplying her love, along with her faults. In addition, much of our behavior comes from the genes we inherent that go back generations.

So how do we heal? God can heal instantly and often does. The moment of healing can come at any time, but you can lay a foundation for it. Open your mind, be guided through a process of healing and be ready to accept God’s love.

The meditation is not religion centered, but God centered and a non-denominational experience that acknowledges there is a creator, a divine energy, and a creative force that loves us.
Here's the outline of what we do. We sit in my living room, get comfortable, have a brief introduction, slowly relax and then through a guided meditation, we disappear from the world for the next 45 minutes. We're not physically disappearing, but we're exiting the form world and entering the REAL world. For each meditator, the process is a unique experience, but in general it's pretty interesting to enter a world of safety, spirituality and sheer divinity. It's the perfect way to start your week. This is a guided meditation, so I am speaking throughout, along with periods of silence.
A spiritual journey is an easier process when surrounded by like-minded people in a warm, safe and relaxing environment. That's what we create at our meditations, the ability to go further, to take the journey with others. There's no practice or spiritual "level" one needs to be at. No experience in meditation is required. This is the "easiest" kind of meditation there is, because it’s guided, and we're all equal as long as we're willing. There's nothing to do but relax and be open.
We meet in my cozy home in Santa Monica. It's very supportive, warm and intimate and the people are especially nice. When you RSVP I will send you the address.
There is no cost.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
