Our new FMC Church logo!

The triskele or triple spiral or Spiral of Life, is a symbol composed of three interlocked spirals. The three spirals are interconnected with no open ends thus creating one continuous line. Each spiral turns in the same direction. The spirals represent balance, harmony and continual motion indicative of the flow of life and the Earth. The triple spiral is a Celtic and pre-Celtic symbol found on a number of Irish Megalithic and Neolithic sites. In ancient times it may have related to the sun, afterlife and reincarnation. Neopagan religions believed that it stood for the “three realms” – Land, Sea and Sky. Some Wicca uses the triple spiral symbol to represent the concept of the triple goddess. As Christianity came to the forefront in Ireland, the triskele took on a new meaning as a symbol of the Trinity: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

An interesting fact is that triskelions made of certain metals can be used as receivers and transmitters, gathering and disseminating the frequencies at which they resonate. The triskelion has an amazing ability to neutralize harmful energy, balancing Yin and Yang, positive and negative, and masculine and feminine in almost any setting.

Added around the triskele is a circle representing the earth and people holding hands, symbolizing unity and peace around the world.

Thank you Matt Gervais for your submission. And thank you to all the members of the church who voted for our new FMC logo.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
