In this class you are going to learn basic everyday movements and stretching exercises that will help strengthen your over all body. Help give you a healthier, stronger posture, help gain flexibility to reduce tight hamstrings, hips,and so your day to day life and activities can be enjoyed with more confidence, revitalized energy, freedom of movement and more youthfulness and pep in your step.
You will learn the overall important basic exercises to help aid you in a healthy strong foundation of your posture thus also aiding in better over all mental and emotional health. You will also learn how to properly stretch and reduce tight muscles and inflamation in your body due to stress and over all day to day activities. Life will become easier in the fact that you will have increased energy and optimism levels combined also sensible healthy alternative lifestyle and nutrition.

You can take single sessions for $20.00 per session or all four for $65.00.
