Yoga, Breathing, and Meditation
Whether you are new or a veteran of yoga, breathing and meditation, you will definitely get something valuable out of tonight's session.
The fun evening will go something like this:
- Light yoga to get our prana flowing.
- Breathing to calm us down (Bhastrika and Alternate Nostril breathing).
- A guided Pancha Kosha meditation to round us out.
When we come out of meditation, you are guaranteed to be in a state of bliss!
