Spooky London Pubs regular Jon Kaneko-James is one of the Tarot Professionals Consuls for the UK and the editor of the world's largest circulating tarot magazines, Tarosophist International.
Jon's agreed to give us a little talk about Tarot and what it's all about. The talk will be a general discussion about tarot, including its history and its uses. People will have the chance to ask Jon - a leading expert in his field - about anything they would like to know about this mystic art.
I've discovered this great looking pub called The Knight's Templar on Chancery Lane, which used to be an old bank - so it's freakin' absurdly ornate inside. I haven't been able to work out if it's haunted - it probably isn't. But it is named after the Knight's Templar and is just a hop, skip and a jump from Temple Church, so it certainly crosses over into spooky territory.
We'll be in one of the upstairs rooms, which you will see when you walk in. There is a staircase and we'll probably be in the left room, but ask the bar staff so they can direct you.
It's in the cards that it's going to be a great night - feel free to bring your friends.
