NYC BARN DANCE
Friday, January 7 - Sullivan St. btwn. Bleecker & 3rd Sts.
What happens when Williamsburg meets West Virginia? Raucous hoedown partying ensues! Come dance "Rip 'n' Snort", "Roll the Barrel", and the "Georgia Rang-Tang" to fiddle tunes backed up by banjo and bass and named after girls called Sally, corn liquor and the mountains o'er yonder. Long skirts for gals work great, smooth shoes to glide through your swing, and hard soles to stomp out the rhythms.
