I am very keen to join this group. I am interested in exploring the group's educational aims.

    •  Thanks everyone for coming out! If any of you marketing-oriented folks want to do a talk on email marketing-specific issues like list building strategies, subject line & design best practices and testing, I'd *love* to hear it!
    •  Jeffrey and Scott gave a very informative presentation on HTML email practices, various providers and tips on the best way to ensure that your email works in the recipients browser. Another great meetup.
    •  I learn a lot everytime I attend this meetup. thank you everyone for organising it and making it happen. I would love to meet up with you'll even if it is more than once a month.
    •  Great Meetup! The juxtaposition between MailChimp and Campaign Monitor gave me the information I need to recommend either service based on the requirements of a client's campaign. Even though I've used MailChimp several times in the past, the meetup gave me new ideas about how to maximize my campaigns. I also learned about http://www.retail... which has strategy and tactics for retail industry-related email campaigns.
    •  I love the fact that they cover html5 one month, then transport us back to the 90s with html email the next month. The folks at TheMechanism are really generous and definitely one of my favorite Meetups.
    •  So many take-aways, and things I wished I'd known before. Great practical advice, and fantastic info regarding the pros (lots)/cons (a few) of sending HTML emails.
    •  The presentations for html email were very well organized and helpful to me. While I have worked quite a bit with html email and email service providers I learned many new things. I have used the information about Google Analytic tracking of email campaigns and have changed the way I use CSS in the emails to great benefit. Also it is a great group of talented people who attend.
    •  Scott Trudeau and Jeffrey Barke demonstrated expert-level commentary on a few email marketing, and analysis issues that I'd been either too busy or too intimidated to try. Good dialogue on why to use which ESP with solid research and first hand experience to support claims. All in all, it was totally worth missing "The Office" for.
