I would like to find a Web Developer who has done the work for setting up OPAC (online cataloging system? and electronic resources for a small library. and also the system for circulation of books to update whenever the book is checked out. (usually by ILS syste)m which is too costly). I wish someone kind will put this up on the email to everyone. Thanks, Suki
