Managing conflict and complexity and staying alive!
Our speaker, Patrick Dunne, is the Group Communications Director at 3i and the author of several books on the subject, most notably "Directors' Dilemmas" which has become a classic on resolving boardroom disharmony in fast growth businesses.
He is also a member of the General Council of Warwick University and a regular guest host on CNBC Europe's Squawkbox. As Chairman of LEAP Confronting Conflict, the UK's leading charity in the field of youth and violence, he also has some interesting views on dealing with conflict in other aspects of life.
Patrick adopts a highly participative approach to his talks, using real life examples and role play.
