iPhone, YouTube, “Dancing on Ice”.... this is the "Visual Age" when we increasingly focus on visual appearance. An eye-catchy brochure, a functional web design or a well chosen outfit can go a long way towards securing success. Most of us however come ill-prepared for this challenge, since we have limited understanding of how to make the visual image effectively support the professional message.

Our speaker, Vasiliki Gkotsi, will talk about how to apply the basics rules of composition and colour in business presentations, marketing materials, and even in personal appearance, to draw attention to the “big picture”.

Vasiliki Gkotsi is a Greek born artist who has lived and worked in London for over eleven years. She obtained her Master in Painting at the Royal College of Art in 1999. She has exhibited at the National Portrait Gallery and was commended for the BP Portrait Award in 2002. Her paintings grace the headquarters of several UK corporations and she exhibits with major artists internationally. She has developed tailor made art programmes to support personal development and has devised interpersonal skills training for groups of vulnerable people.
