Hey all, I'd like to invite everyone to the pilot meeting. I'm hoping to meet with everyone and have a good discussion about moving forward with this group.

A few things I think need to be addressed are:

• A (hopefully permanent) location for official meetings
  
• Preferred frequency and schedule
  
• Meeting topics and potential speakers
  

I'm working with a few places to secure a location, but if anyone has suggestions, I'm all ears.

This meeting, like all meetings will be free. If there's interest, we'll continue the discussions in a nearby pub or restaurant.

Please share this event with everyone who may be interested. Everyone is welcome (including guests), but it's a good idea to RSVP just so we know how many people are going to show up.
