You’ve taken the plunge and gone freelance fulltime. Now what? There’s many day-to-day management activities of a web solopreneur or microstudio that are critical to success. ‘Day to Day Realities’ highlights several strategies for pipeline-, project-, finance-, time- and life management specifically for independent professionals. Additionally, I’ll share some crisis management techniques, including dealing with deadbeats, firing clients, and managing poisonous people on both sides of the project’s fence.

lidiaI was bummed out that the presenter came late and I had to leave earlier. The presentation is excellent for a person who wants to become a freelancer. I already knew a lot about the material shown so the QA was more useful for me. Too bad I had to leave earlier. -
