Open Casting Call for Writers

Hello everyone, not the first meetup that we want to hold. But, it's the meetup that we need to hold.

We need your help. We need you to get the word out that PhoneNews.com is looking for writers. If you know people that are out of work, or maybe just looking for a change of pace, we want to talk to them... provided they fit what we're describing below, of course.

Help your friend! Tell your friends! You'll be helping them and you'll be helping us here at PhoneNews.com. We're hungry to grow, but finding qualified mobile writers has been a challenge for us. Believe it or not, they're actually a rare breed.

PhoneNews.com is looking for mobile and technology news writers to join the team. We're looking for people in or around Silicon Valley that can write from home, but also are capable of meeting up in-the-area and working with us in-person.

To apply, you just need a passion for mobile (and tech in general). Oh, and excellent command of the English language, and a resume would help too.

We're going to be meeting with people one-on-one, but at the time set in the Meetup.

TO APPLY. Send me a message. You'll get more details, including the next steps. Please do not RSVP on Meetup.com... this time. Also, if you can't make our meeting day, that's fine. We're flexible.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
