Don't Get Sued! Critical privacy regulation updates & what they mean for you

Privacy is everyones business now. Whether you're an independent app developer or a major publisher, it is now a requirement to have a privacy policy in place to get an app published into any of the major app stores. However, it goes much further than this. A new version of COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) went into effect July 1st of this year and the FTC is starting to sue developers who fail to adhere to the new regulations. There are also a myriad of other regulations that every developer needs to be aware of. What are they, exactly, and what do they mean for you? That's what you're going to learn at this meetup. Hear from industry experts who spend all their time working to protect developers from Rovio to the indie. You don't want to miss this - it will be informative in a fun and relaxing Modev atmosphere.
