    Topic| Building the Optimum Team

You have a business plan and probably a strategic plan but do you have team plan? A defined map of the elements that serve as a diagnostic and a development process. The Optimum Team Map is a way to ensure that you and your colleagues define ‘team’ similarly and are all rowing in the same direction.
