Topic | Visual Communication

They say "A Picture Is Worth a Thousand Words". What does that really mean? What is the value of communicating visually and why should we take notice? For starters, visual communication is a universal language that seldom needs any translation. Also, much of our brain power is dedicated toward processing and interpreting visual information in order to understand the world around us. Think about it. Why are Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, Tumbler so appealing? With these questions in mind, Jay and Stephanie will share their perspective and also guide you through a few exercises to become more visually astute.
