This is a fitness program dedicated to women who are committed about losing weight and/or maintaining a healthy weight through regular exercise and adopting wise food choices.
With the support and camaraderie of other women who seek the same goal, as well as intense, effective workouts led by a high-energy, inspirational trainer, women of all fitness levels, shapes and sizes are able in a few short weeks, to make a drastic improvement in their body shapes.
'Booty' Bootcamp was designed for women who desire more one-on-one instructor time and whom have near-future goals in mind: those who want to make a dramatic improvement in their strength, endurance and overall fitness levels, lose weight and whom are able to commit to three training sessions a week over a four-week period.
Classes are small (from 2 to 8 gals) to allow for more personal instruction and so that I may concentrate on the gals and make sure that they've got proper form and are working to the max of their ability.
During the week, the women will be doing a combination of circuit training, interval training, strength and resistance-training, weight-training, cardio and ab work. As well, every gal will receive a complete fitness test, get a proper weigh-in, have a total-body measurement before and after the four-week sessions; learn how to complete a food journal, and learn all about healthy food choices as well as simple and effective workouts they can do at home to maintain their weight-loss after the four-week sessions are completed.
If you are a woman who has been struggling with her weight, or is bored to death with gym workouts, or has reached a weight-loss plateau, OR simply in need of motivation from others to get moving - this is the workout you need!
Four-week gal's-only private Booty-Camp sessions are held M, W, and F from 10-11 AM, 5:30 to 6:30 PM and 6:30 -7:30 PM in my studio (as well as outdoors) across from Tower Grove park (click on calendar for location/map of meeting place. Alternate class times and days can be arranged for those with challenging schedules.)
Price for the four-week (12 sessions) is 199.00 and may be made by Paypal, cash, check or in weekly installments. This is a very reasonable price, as personal training generally runs at least twenty dollars an hour - these personal sessions work out to a little more than 16.00 an hour!
